1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jeeto999" refers to the online gaming platform operating at jeeto999.pro, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services offered to players in Pakistan.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with jeeto999, accesses the jeeto999 platform, or participates in any game, promotion, or service offered by jeeto999.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile created by a Player on the jeeto999 platform, holding the player's PKR balance, transaction history, and account preferences.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the sole currency in which jeeto999 account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid Pakistani identity documents (CNIC) to jeeto999 before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback award, or free bet granted to a Player by jeeto999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction where jeeto999 is prohibited from offering services under applicable law. Players from Restricted Territories are not permitted to hold jeeto999 accounts.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jeeto999 account, accessing the jeeto999 platform, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account with jeeto999 or use any services offered on the jeeto999 platform. Continued use of the jeeto999 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a jeeto999 account or participate in any jeeto999 game or promotion. jeeto999 enforces strict age verification through the mandatory KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be reviewed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 18+ only. No exceptions.

Each individual may hold only one active jeeto999 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same CNIC, the same device, or the same payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms. jeeto999 uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be consolidated into the first verified account, subject to a formal review.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your jeeto999 account — including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jeeto999 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failure to receive OTP verification codes or withdrawal notifications.

By registering with jeeto999, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location. Players accessing jeeto999 from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk. jeeto999 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds from players found to be residing in Restricted Territories.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

jeeto999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires you to submit the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC).
• A recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC, clearly showing your face and the front of the card simultaneously.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, or bank account used for deposits.

KYC documents are reviewed by the jeeto999 compliance team within 24 hours during business days. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play at jeeto999 but will not be able to process withdrawal requests until full verification is confirmed. jeeto999 may request additional documentation at any time if required for compliance purposes.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

jeeto999 accepts deposits in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, HBL and other major Pakistani bank transfers, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. jeeto999 does not charge fees on Easypaisa or JazzCash deposits. Network fees for USDT transactions are borne by the Player. Deposits are credited to your jeeto999 PKR balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via Raast or direct bank payment are processed within 1 business day. jeeto999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding 100,000 PKR.

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jeeto999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the verified account holder, or cryptocurrency wallets other than the USDT address associated with your jeeto999 account.

jeeto999 accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or betting activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of 500 PKR per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity fee deductions will be closed.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Terms

jeeto999 offers a range of PKR-denominated bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jeeto999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if it determines that the player is abusing the offer — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Only one active bonus may be held on a jeeto999 account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active and incomplete constitutes acceptance of a rollover of all pending wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering of bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) are withdrawable.

7 Game Rules and Bet Settlement

All games offered on the jeeto999 platform — including live dealer Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Jackpot Slots, Cricket Odds, and Cockfighting — are governed by their respective game-specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall apply to that game.

jeeto999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances: technical malfunctions affecting game integrity; software errors producing incorrect game outcomes; network connectivity failures interrupting a live dealer session before round completion; and any other circumstance that prevents fair determination of the game result. Void bets are refunded to the player's PKR balance in full.

In the event that a game, slot, or sports betting market is offered at clearly erroneous odds or with an obviously incorrect pay table due to a technical error, jeeto999 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and refund all stakes to affected players. This right applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.

Sports betting markets — including HBL PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports offered at jeeto999 — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international fixtures). jeeto999 is not responsible for results published by unofficial sources prior to official confirmation.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeeto999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistan player base. The platform provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their jeeto999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits that trigger an automatic logout notification after a specified duration of continuous play on jeeto999.
• Reality Check Notifications: jeeto999 provides optional periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding players of time elapsed and net PKR position during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Age Verification: jeeto999 strictly enforces 18+ age verification through CNIC-based KYC. No player under 18 years of age is permitted to hold a real-money account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeeto999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one jeeto999 account, or registering using a false identity or another person's CNIC.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in jeeto999's platform for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the jeeto999 platform without human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, coordinated betting with inside information, or any activity that constitutes cheating in connection with jeeto999 games or sports betting markets.
• Using the jeeto999 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players at jeeto999 live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other criminal means into a jeeto999 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards jeeto999 staff or other players via the platform's chat functions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeeto999 platform — including the jeeto999 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of jeeto999 or its licensed third-party game providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from jeeto999. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jeeto999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jeeto999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jeeto999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeeto999 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation, KYC processing, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

Your jeeto999 account data — including CNIC details, transaction history, and gaming records — is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeto999's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposit amount held in that player's jeeto999 account at the time the claim arises.

jeeto999 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from use of the jeeto999 platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or Pakistan network congestion affecting platform accessibility.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jeeto999 platform.
• Technical failures affecting game outcomes where jeeto999 has taken all reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability.

Nothing in these Terms limits jeeto999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

jeeto999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false KYC information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the jeeto999 platform.

Upon account closure by jeeto999 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and review of betting activity. Players wishing to voluntarily close their jeeto999 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, with the remaining PKR balance returned to the player's verified payment method.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome, a settlement decision, a payment, or any other jeeto999 service, you should first contact the jeeto999 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, your registered account details, and any relevant transaction IDs or game round references.

jeeto999's internal review team will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 10 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the jurisdiction in which jeeto999 holds its operating licence. Game round outcomes that are supported by certified RNG audit logs will not be overturned on the basis of player dissatisfaction with the result alone.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jeeto999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address and via a notice displayed on the jeeto999 platform for a minimum of 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the jeeto999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

16 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeeto999 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Clause 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
